Victor is a bit of an asshole. For a while he tried living like normal people, but deep down he knew he couldn't maintain the facade. He plans to spend the little time he has left subverting the status quo. 

Richard loves his job enforcing the will of the Regime. Whether it is citations, apprehensions or maintaining public "safety", it is rare to see him without a grin on his face. "Dick" isn't just a nickname, it's a description.

Before meeting Adrian and finding Ghost, Violet had given up hope. She was convinced that her freedom would erode into eventual servitude. Now with unwavering conviction, she waits for the Remnant to emerge.

Not much is known about Michael and Christopher. They describe themselves as twins, although nobody has ever seen Christopher's face. They are transients and rarely remain in any one location.

Adrian wanted to serve his local community but was instead sent to foreign lands. After losing his arm, he redirected his energy toward a life independent of the Regime. Violet sees Adrian as her mentor, and he has full confidence in her abilities.
